In 7th grade Social Studies we will learn about history from post Revolutionary War America through post Civil War America. We'll learn about the important movers, shakers and events that built our country into what it is today.

In 8th grade Civics we have the opportunity to learn about how our government works. Why do we pay taxes? What are the freedoms that we are guaranteed in the Constitution? In Civics we get to see the inner workings of our government up close and personal!
