Private High School Applications
Parents who are considering a private high school instead of Spotswood High School should:
1. Contact the Main Office at 732-214-2370 immediately.
2. Submit all private school applications to the JK main office so we may process the transcript and records request.
3. Fill out and submit the "Not Attending SHS" form below.
