Dear Parents/Guardians of incoming 6th graders,
Attached is information on immunization requirements for your student. All students entering grade 6 next school year are required to receive a Tdap and meningitis vaccine prior to the commencement of school. At this time, the school district has not been informed of any grace period or waiver for these vaccines to be received. If the district receives notice of any change to this mandatory requirement, you will be advised. Please make arrangements for your child to receive the immunizations over the summer.
